Is the water report a test of my home?

No. Public reports describe water-system monitoring. Your home’s plumbing and water source can affect what reaches your tap. A home screening is a separate step; certified laboratory testing may be needed for specific concerns.

Is a softener the same as reverse osmosis?

They serve different purposes. A softener addresses hardness. A reverse osmosis system treats drinking water at a dedicated tap. The right combination depends on your water and priorities.

What if my home has a private well?

Select “Well water” in the form. Public utility reports do not describe your well. Testing is needed before recommending equipment; the Defender iGen C shown here is intended for municipal or appropriately disinfected water.

Does submitting the form book an appointment?

No. Submitting sends your request to Michael. He will contact you to schedule, and your appointment is confirmed only when he confirms a time with you.
